Today we stayed here in Everett.  We decided to go visit the Evergreen Aboretum and Gardens.  Since today was possibly the last non rainy day for a while we wanted to do something outside.  I was surprised at all of the color still hanging around.  Here are some pics from inside the Arboretum.

There were hummingbirds hanging around a tree on our way out.  They were so active that it was hard to get a picture of them.

We tried a new restaurant today.  It was right on the water and when Scott saw shrimp Mac & Cheese on the menu, he decided that’s where we were going.  Turns out this is the last weekend they will be open until end of November.  They are closing for renovations.  Here was our view during lunch.

We walked around the boardwalk along the water and watched boats come and go. Those people had to be freezing out there on the water.
