We had a relatively low key New Years this year. Scott and I hung out and did things around the house for most of the day. Later in the evening, we hoped on the golf cart and headed to the Tiki Tavern for their New Years celebrations. They had a good DJ, dancing, and the people watching is always fun. They passed out glasses of champagne right before midnight for the toast. Scott and I came prepared with our own 2023 glasses. After the toast and one more dance, we called it a night and headed home.

The weather for the weekend was really warm and nice. We took Mackworth for a walk on the beach on day and let him enjoy some sun and sand time.
