Scott and I took advantage of some beautiful weather and had a beach day. While we were there, we could see something on the beach. We walked down to check it out and saw a hammerhead shark washed up. It drew quite the crowd.

Monday, we had a light schedule at work so I took the day off to enjoy another beach day. Not quite as enjoyable by myself but it was still a great day.

We decided to redo our walkway in the backyard. We dug up the mulch, leveled the dirt, and shoveled in about 5 ton of gravel.

We went to trivia and Scott ordered a beer called Unicorn Farts. It had edible glitter in it. It was pretty cool.

I took a quick trip home for a visit. Had dinner with my friend Amanda on Friday night and spent all day in the pool with mom and dad on Saturday.

Our friends Stacy and Amanda came down for a visit. We always have a good time with them. We enjoyed some beach time with them. It was all fun and games until I got stung by a jellyfish. Afterwards, we stopped by Captain John’s seafood truck for some yummy food.

Went home for the weekend so that I could go to Taylor’s birthday party at the bowling alley.

Scott and I took our bikes over on the ferry to Fort Fisher and went to the aquarium.
