Snoqualmie Falls
About a month ago we ventured up to Snoqualmie Falls. It is recommended by almost everyone as a must see in this area. It was an overcast day but when we got close to the falls, it was super foggy. When we got to the waterfall, with the exception of hearing the water you wouldn’t have know it was there due to the fog. This is what we saw.
Today, we tried again. There were patches of blue sky so we thought it would be a good time since we have limited time left before we leave. As we got closer to the falls it began to get foggy and we both laughed. Luckily, it didn’t prevent us from seeing the falls this time.
There was a ton of water coming over the falls! There was so much spray it almost seemed like it was raining. We decided to take the short trail down to the lower view point of the falls.
Our next stops for the day were some waterfront parks in Everett. The views were nice but I wish that we would have been able to see the mountains in the distance.
Next, we decided to take a walk at the Japanese Gultch. It was very wet and muddy but a nice walk.
