A group of us took a trip to Cary for the NC Chinese Lantern Festival. We loaded up in the van and made the 2 hr trip. We stopped for dinner at YardHouse and then headed to the festival. When we got close to the venue, there were soooo many people that I was a little nervous about how crowded it would be. When we got though the line to get it, it wasn’t too bad. The crowd spread out and we were able to see everything we wanted to, including an acrobat show on the stage. It was a very cold night, but we came prepared for that. We all enjoyed the festival very much and we were glad we went.
